Our own cookies and storage

Our websites (xionia.ai, xionia.audio, xionia.studio, xionialabs.com and starshaper.com) don’t set any cookies of their own, and they don’t use local storage or similar technologies. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers on our pages. That’s why you won’t see a cookie banner.

Settings you choose on a page, such as pausing motion or the position of a control, aren’t saved: they last only while the page is open.

Security cookies from our hosting provider

Our websites are hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc.. To protect the sites from automated attacks, Cloudflare may set a cookie such as __cf_bm, which helps it tell people from bots and expires after 30 minutes. These cookies are strictly necessary for security, so the law doesn’t require your consent for them, and they aren’t used to track you. You can read more in Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Our staff-only admin page, on admin.xionia.audio, uses Cloudflare Access to sign our own people in, which sets strictly necessary sign-in cookies there. None of our public pages use them.

Our emails

Our emails don’t use tracking pixels or tracked links, so we can’t see whether you’ve opened one or what you click. Their only image is our logo, which is the same file for everyone and loads from xionia.audio like any image on a web page. If that ever changes, we’ll ask for your permission first.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking the security cookies described above may occasionally mean you’re asked to confirm you’re not a bot.

If we ever want to use cookies or storage that aren’t strictly necessary, we’ll update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting them.
